Section 35: Bar of jurisdiction

35. Bar of jurisdiction.— (l) No suit shall be brought in any Court to set aside or modify any proceeding taken or order made under this Act and no prosecution, suit or other proceedings shall lie against the Federal Government, or any officer of the Government, or FMU, its officers or any agency controlled or supervised by the Government, or members of the National Executive Committee or General Committee, for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act. (2) No Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceedings in respect of any matter which the investigating officer and Committee or the Court is empowered by or under this Act to determine and no injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act.
