2. Definitions.— In this Ordinance, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,— (a) “Board” means the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board Kamra established under section 3; (b) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board: (c) “factory” means a Pakistan Aeronautical Complex factory established by the Federal Government and functioning under the control of the Board; and (d) “member” means a member of the Board and includes the Chairman thereof.
