76. International shipping operators.—(1) All Pakistani shipping operators and foreign shipping operators shall, subject to the provisions of section 79, be entitled to participate in the coastal shipping. (2) The Federal Government may exclude or restrict operators from countries, to be specified in the official Gazette, to participate in the coastal shipping to, and from, Pakistan.
