20. Delegation.⸻ The Authority may, by such conditions and limitations as it may deem fit to impose, delegate any of its functions or powers to the Managing Director, or one or more members or any of its officers except the power to⸻ (a) approve audited accounts; (b) recommend exemption under section 21; and (c) make or repeal regulation made under this Ordinance. 1[20A.
