479. Report by Court to Federal Government.—(1) The Court shall, in the case of all investigations or inquiries under this Chapter, transmit to the Federal Government a full report of the conclusions at which it has arrived together with the evidence; and may make such recommendations as it may deem fit in regard to the matters inquired into including a recommendation for the cancellation or suspension of any certificate of competency. (2) Where the inquiry affects a master, mate or engineer of a ship other than a Pakistani ship who holds a certificate under the law of a country other than Pakistan, the Federal Government may transmit a copy of the report together with the evidence to the proper authority in that country.
