3. Restriction on building or equipping vessels of war.___No person shall, except under and in accordance with the conditions of a licence granted under this Act, ___ (a) build any vessel of war, or alter, arm or equip any ship so as to adapt her for use as a vessel of war ; or 1Subs. by the Central Laws (Statute Reform) Ordinance, 1960 (XXI of 1960), s. 3 and 2nd Sch.
