4. Establishment of the Authority.⸺(1) There shall be established an Authority to be known as the Port Qasim Authority for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) The Authority shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire and hold property, both movable, and immovable, and shall by its name sue and be sued.
