409. Signalling lamps.—(1) Every Pakistani ship, being a ship of a gross tonnage of over one hundred and fifty, shall, when proceeding to sea from any port or place in Pakistan, be provided with a signalling lamp of the type approved by the Federal Government.. (2) If any ship proceeds or attempts to proceed to sea in contravention of this section, the owner or master thereof shall, for each offence, be liable to a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
