335. Requirements of radio installation and radio equipment.—(1) Every sea-going Pakistani ship, shall be provided with radio installation and radio equipment as specified by the Safety Convention. (2) The Federal Government may, exempt any ship from any of the requirements specified in sub-section (1), under exceptional circumstances. (3) The master or owner of any such ship, in respect of which the provisions of sub- section (1) are not complied with, shall be liable to a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
