28. Judgment and decree.__(1) A Tribunal shall, after the case has been heard, pronounce judgment as early as practicable and on such judgment a decree shall follow forthwith. (2) The Tribunal shall, on the application of the decree-holder, forthwith order execution of the decree: Provided that, if the decree is for money, the recovery in execution thereof shall be made as arrears of land revenue.
