13. Members, officers and servants of the Corporation.—(1) The Board shall appoint four members of the Corporation in the fields of banking, law, finance, engineering, management or accountancy to assist the Corporation in the discharge of its function under this Ordinance. Each member shall receive such salary and allowances, be subject to such conditions of service and removal, as may be prescribed by the rules. (2) The Corporation may appoint such officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions on such terms and conditions as the Board may decide.
