2. Definitions. In this Ordinance unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,— (a) “Chairman” means the Chairman of the National Council or, as the case may be, the Provincial Council; (b) “commercial establishment” and “industrial establishment” shall have the same meaning as in the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, (W.P. Ordinance No. VI of 1968) 1968.
