373. Recognition of load line and exemption certificates issued outside Pakistan.––An international load line certificate or, as the case may be, an International load line exemption certificate issued in respect of any ship other than Pakistani ship by the Government of the country to which the ship belongs shall, subject to such rules as the Federal Government may make rules in this behalf, have the slime effect in Pakistan as a load line certificate, or as the case may be, an international load line exemption certificate issued in respect of a Pakistani ship under this Part.
