114B: Removal of doubts

Removal of doubts.– Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law for the time being in force or any decree, judgment, or order of any Court or any other authority, an occupancy tenant under a muqarraridar shall be deemed and be deemed always to have, on the extinction of his occupancy rights under section 114, become the owner of the rights possessed by the muqarraridar in the entire or, as the case may be, in a part of the land comprised in his tenancy and in respect of such land section 114-A shall have effect accordingly].
