13. Committees:___ (1) The Board may constitute the following committees, namely:— (i) the Executive Committee; (ii) the Academic Committee; (iii) the Finance Committee; and (iv) any other committee that may be needed (2) The constitution, function and powers of the committees shall be such as may be prescribed. (3) The decision of the Committees shall be subject to the approval of the Board.
