Unification of holdings for partition of land.– (1) The Collector of the District may approve unification of any number of holdings within an estate, on the recommendation of the Collector of Sub-Division concerned, as per criteria notified by the Board of Revenue, for the purpose of facilitating convenient partition of land. (2) The Revenue Officer shall thereafter proceed to partition the unified holdings in accordance with the procedure under this Chapter.]
