608. Removal of difficulties.––If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinance, in so far as they relate to any Conventions referred to in this Ordinance, the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make such provisions not in-consistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, as appear to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty and giving effect to the provisions of such Convention: Provided that no such order shall be made under this section after the expiry of three years from the coming into force of this Ordinance.
