Appointment of Photo Registrars.—The Provincial Government may appoint a Registrar or Sub Registrar or any other person to be a Photo Registrar for the performance of duties under this Part: Provided that the Provincial Government may, subject to such restrictions and conditions as it thinks fit, delegate the power of appointing Photo Registrars to the Inspector General of Registration.
