7. Meetings of the Governing Body .___(1) The meetings of the Governing Body shall be held at such times and at such places as may be provided by regulations and until regulations are made in this behalf, such meetings shall be convened by the Chairman. (2) To constitute a quorum at a meetin g of the Governing Body, the number of members present shall be five. (3) Each member shall have one vote, and, in the event of equality of votes, the Chairman shall have a second or casting vote. 1Subs. by F.A.O., 1975, Art. 2 and Table, for “Central Government”. (4) The meetings of the Governing Body shall be presided over by the Chairman, and in the absence of the Chairman by the person elected for the purpose by the members present, from amongst themselves.
