11. Term of office of non-official members. ___ (1) The members of the Board who are not officials of the Federal Government, hereinafter referred to as non-official members, shall, unless otherwise directed by the Federal Government, hold office for a term of three year and shall be eligible for re-appointment. (2) A non-official member may, by writing under his hand addressed to the Federal Government, resign his office. (3) A casual vacancy in the office of a non-official member shall be filled by the appointment of another member for the residue of the term of his predecessor.
