34. Obligation of the 1[Federal Government] in respect of rupee coin. The 1[Federal Government] shall not reissue any rupee coins taken over under subsection (3) of section 33 nor put into circulation any rupee coin except through the Bank and the Bank shall not dispose of rupee coin otherwise than for purposes of circulation or by delivery to the 1[Federal Government] under the preceding section.
