Section 122: Voting procedure

122. Voting procedure.—(1) All voters shall be entitled to vote at an election. (2) No vote shall be given by proxy. (3) Each voter shall have only one transferable vote for each category of seats irrespective of the number of seats to be filled for such category 1[.] 1[* * * * * * *] 1[(4) A voter shall cast his vote in the prescribed manner.] (5) The ballot papers shall be in such form as the Commission may specify. (6) The poll for election of Members of the Senate shall be held by secret ballot.
