12. Affiliation.—(1) Any institution (Dini darul uloom or dini madrassah) may apply to the Board for affiliation in accordance with the procedure as the Board may prescribe. (2) The Board shall consider the application and may reject or grant affiliation on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed. The decision of the Board in any such matter shall be final.
