24. Increase of unpaid contributions and recovery of contributions, e tc., as arrears of land revenue.___(1) If any employer fails to pay his contribution on the due date, it shall be increased by such percentage or amount may be prescribed but in no case such incr ease shall exceed fifty percent of the amount of contribution due. (2) Without prejudice to any other remedy, the amount of contribution due, together with the increase accruing under subsection (1), may be recovered as arrears of land revenue. 1Sic.
