3. Name and location.___(1) The Academy shall be called the Federal Judicial Academy. (2) The Academy shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property both movable and immovable and shall by the said name sue and be sued. (3) The headquarters of the academy shall be at Islamabad.
