21. Delegation of powers.—The 1[Federal Government] may, by notified order, direct that any power conferred upon it by or under this Ordinance, shall, in relation to such matters and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, be exercisable also, by___ (i) the Board, or (ii) such officer or authority subordinate to the 1[Federal Government] or such Provincial Government or such officer or authority subordinate to the Provincial Government as may be specified in the direction.
