1. Short title, extent, application and commencement.⸻ (1) This Act may be called the Trade Organizations Act, 2013. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall apply to trade organizations whose objects and business are not confined to one province. (4) It shall come into force at once.
