1. Short title, extent, application and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Exclusive Fishery Zone (Regulation of Fishing) Act, 1975. 2[(2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan and to waters within the zone]. (3) It applies to all fishing crafts within the Zone and to all persons on board such fishing crafts. (4) It shall come into force at once.
