27. Annual report.—(1) The Authority shall prepare, in such manner and form and at such time each year, as may be prescribed, an Annual Report which shall include, among others, a comprehensive review of its performance, the steps taken by the Authority towards the fulfilment of its aims and objectives and a true and full account of its operations and activities during the previous year. (2) The Annual Report of the Authority shall be prepared under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer. (3) The Annual Report shall be presented to the Board for its approval by the 31st December each year. (4) After its approval by the Board, a copy of the Annual Report shall submitted to the Federal Government and it shall also be made available to the general public.
