37. Right of recovery as arrears of land revenue. — The Corporation shall be entitled to recover all outstanding amounts, subject to law, on the basis of and under any nonperforming assets held by the Corporation as if they are arrears of land revenue under the Land Revenue Act, 1967. (West Pakistan Act XVII of 1967).
