34. Power of Deputy Commissioner to call for information.⎯ With a view to acquiring any land or determining any compensation therefor or to carrying out any other purpose of this Ordinance, the Deputy Commissioner may― (a) require any person, by order in writing, to furnish such information in his possession relating to any land as may be specified in the order; (b) enter or authorize any person to enter upon any land and take such action as may be necessary. 1Subs. by Act No. I of 2026, s. 10.
