23. Preparation and computerization of electoral rolls.— (1) The Commission shall prepare the electoral rolls for election to the National Assembly, Provincial Assemblies and local governments and shall revise such rolls periodically in the prescribed manner. (2) The Commission shall make arrangements for the computerization of the electoral rolls in such manner as it may determine and any printout from the database maintained by or with the authority of the Commission, shall be deemed to be an electoral roll published under this Act.
