94. Restrictions on registration of textile goods.___(1) In respect of textile goods, being piece goods___ (a) no mark consisting of a line heading alone shall be registerable as a trade mark; (b) a line heading shall not be deemed to be adapted to distinguish; and (c) the registration of a trade mark shall not give any exclusive right to the use of a line heading. (2) In respect of any textile goods, the registration of letters or numerals, or any combination thereof, shall be subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed. 1Subs. by Act No. LVIII of 2023, ss. 35.
