125. Agreement with crew.—(1) The master of every Pakistani ship, except a coasting ship of a gross tonnage of less than two hundred so long as such coasting ship is employed on voyages confined to ports or places within the same Province shall enter into an agreement in accordance with this Ordinance with every seaman whom he engages at, and carries to sea as one of his crew from, any port or place in Pakistan. (2) The master of a ship who neglect or fails to enter into an agreement required by sub- section (1) shall, for each offence, be liable to a fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
