Section 22: Issuance of policy directives

22. Issuance of policy directives.—(1) The Government may, as and when deemed necessary, issue policy directives to the Corporation. (2) The Board shall, through the Director General, take all necessary steps to ensure that the activities and works of the Corporation, to the extent practicable, are carried out in accordance with the policy directives issued by the Government.
