1. Short title, extent, application and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Pakistan Railways Police Act, 1977. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall apply to all members and officers of the Pakistan Railways Police wherever they may be. (4) It shall come into force at once.
