Section 20: Use of force in certain cases

20. Use of force in certain cases. ___The Controller may, for the purpose of enforcing a direction issued under subsection (3) of section 10 (requiring a landlord to deliver possession of the premises to the original tenant), take or cause to be taken such steps and use or cause to be used such force as may, in his opinion, be reasonably necessary, and for the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that the power to take steps under this section includes the power to require the assistance of the Police and to enter upon the property.
