30. Certain provisions to apply to unregistered architects and town planners . The provisions of sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, subsection (3) of section 26, and sections 27, 28 and 29 shall mutatis mutandis apply to unregistered architects and unregistered town planners whose names are borne on the Lists.
