16. Information to be furnished by blenders.— Every blender shall furnish to the Controller-General so as to reach him by the fifteenth day of each calendar month the following information, namely:___ (a) grade or variety and actual or estimated quantity of tea blended during the preceding calendar month ; (b) the actual or estimated cost of blending such tea ; and (c) the manner in which and the persons to whom the blender proposes to dispose of the same.
