Section 155C: Registered users

155C. Registered users.- (1) Any person who wishes to be registered as a user of the Customs Computerized System may apply 2[***] to the Collector in the prescribed form and shall provide such information in relation to the application as is prescribed. (2) The Collector may require an applicant for registration to give such additional information as he considers necessary for the purpose of the application. (3) The Collector may grant the application subject to such conditions, as he deems fit or refuse the application: Provided that no order shall be passed for refusal of application unless the applicant has been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
