28. Powers to invest officers of law enforcement agencies with powers of an officer-in- charge of a police station.__ The Federal Government may invest any officer of law enforcement agency or any other officer within their respective jurisdiction with the powers of an officer-in- charge of a police station for the investigation of offence under this Act.
