10A. Establishment of a Special Investment Facilitation Council.__ (1) The Federal Government shall, by notification in the official gazette, establish a Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), for carrying out the purposes envisioned under this Chapter of the Ordinance. 1Ins. by Act XLI of 2023, s.2. (2) The SIFC shall consist of a Secretary, who shall also serve as the Principal Accounting Officer, and such members, as may be notified by the Federal Government, from time to time. (3) The President of the SIFC shall be the Prime Minister of Pakistan. (4) The President of the SIFC may co-opt any person as a member, or may require attendance of any person by special invitation, as deemed appropriate.
