21. Power to make rules:___ (1) The Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for— (a) payment of fee in connection with an application for registration of layout- design of' integrated circuit and matters related thereto; and (b) fee to be paid to the Patent Office for obtaining copies of the relevant record of the registered layout-design of integrated circuit from the Patent Office.
