Section 60: Removal of difficulties — Competition Act, 2010

60. Removal of difficulties.__ If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Commission may make such order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
