1. Short title, extent and commencement.__ (1) This Ordinance may be called the Oil and Gas Development Corporation (Re-organization) Ordinance, 2001. (2) It extends to whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on 23rd October, 1997.
