3[29A. Application of section 18 to aerial lines maintained by railways. –The provisions of sub-section (3) and (4) of section 18 and of the Explanation thereto shall apply in the case of any aerial line placed by any railway administration as defined in section 3 of the Railways Act, 1890 (IX of 1890), as if references therein to the licensee were references to the railway administration.]
