6: Appeal, revision and review — Punjab Protection and Restoration of Tenancy Rights Act, 1950

Appeal, revision and review.– An order passed by a revenue officer of any grade under this Act shall for purposes of appeal, revision and review, be treated as an order of a revenue officer of the same grade under the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887 , and shall be subject to the provisions of the latter Act with respect to appeal, revision and review.
