9. Headquarters of the Authority and meetings of the Board.⸺2[(1) Authority shall have its headquarters within the port area. The Board may establish branch or liaison offices in the vicinity of headquarters or elsewhere.] (2) The meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places and in such manner as the regulations may provide: Provided that, until regulations are made in this behalf, the meetings of the Board shall be held as and when convened by the Chairman.
