27. Trade Organisations Fund.⸻ (1) There shall be established a fund to be known as the Trade Organisations Fund which shall consist of ⸻ (a) grants made by the Federal Government and the Provincial Governments; (b) fees and penalties collected by the Regulator; and (c) contributions from local and foreign donors or agencies. (2) The Federal Government shall make rules and regulations for utilizing and incurring expenditures from the Fund. (3) For the purpose of maintaining the Fund the 1[Regulator] may open and maintain accounts at such scheduled banks as 1[he] may from time to time determine.
