24. Power to make regulations.___(1) The Board may, with the previous sanction of the Government, make regulations to provide for all matters, not provided for in the rules for which provision is necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance and the said rules. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such regulations may provide for the- (a) meetings of the Board; (b) investment of the Corporation’s funds; and (c) sale or transfer of shares under sub-section (11) of section 15.
